What You Can Do with the Writer's Grading and Grammar Assistant

If you teach online classes, or if you just want an easy way to link grammar rules into your students' compositions, then this is the tool for you!  I have created a Microsoft Word program that will utilize the "insert text" function of the software to allow you to place pre-selected comments and grammatical rules at appropriate places inside a student's paper.  In other words, when you find an error in reasoning or in mechanics, all you have to do is find the proper "rule" on the handy menu and "click" your mouse.  Voila!  The appropriate teacher's comment and link to the appropriate remediation rule will be inserted inside the text of the student's paper.  When you return the paper to the student, he/she will be able to read your comment and "click and go" to the online grammar handbook to see what he/she did wrong and do exercises or watch PowerPoint presentations to correct the errors.
